Tennis for Free with Drumchapel Tennis Club starts in March 2024
We work in partnership with Friends of Knightswood Park and Glasgow Life in running the courts at Knightswood Park
Come along to tennis for free!
It has certainly been an exciting if not strange year for British Tennis and Tennis charity 'Tennis For Free' has partnered up with Drumchapel Tennis Club, Glasgow Life, Friends of Knightswood Park and Tennis Scotland to offer 1 hour of free tennis, every Saturday afternoon, from 1.30-3pm . We hope that you are looking to make the most of new found enthusiasm for tennis! The sessions offer free equipment, free coach led sessions, fitness and fun!
Drumchapel Tennis Club aims to get families and individuals down to Knightswood Park - the sessions cater for all ages and standards. It's FREE FAMILY FUN, promoting fitness and wellbeing for all abilities. We're really proud of the work we're doing here and we hope the attendees will enjoy the sessions as much as we do. We hope this will encourage you to attend the coach led session organised by Tennis For Free or other tennis opportunities either at the park or Drumchapel Tennis Club. The sessions at Knightswood Park have always proved popular.
NOTE: This session will be held at Knightswood Park, next to Chaplet Ave.. This is a 20 min walk from the club. It runs every Saturday from 1-2pm.
BOOKING TENNIS FOR FREE - This is not required. You can simply turn up. However, you can also pre book your free tennis session by contacting our coaching team see contacts info or email our coach

Tues - Ladies only tennis 6.30pm to 7.30pm at Drumchapel Tennis Club- check with coach
Tues - Mixed cardio tennis 7.40pm to 8.40pm at Drumchapel Tennis Club-coach
Weds - Ladies Team Training 6.45-8.45pm at Drumchapel Tennis Club- Ladies teams 1-3
Thurs - Mens Match Play 6.30pm to 9.30pm at Drumchapel Tennis Club.
Sat - Tennis for FREE - 1.30-3.00 at Knightswood Park- starts in March 2024
