What am I looking to achieve?

Working alongside the club committee, Kyla and the rest of the coaching team, my main objective is to help the club grow on what we have already in place and to bring new ideas to the club that will enhance the experience of our junior and adult players.

I do not believe in a one size fits all approach to coaching and that will reflect in how I communicate on and off court with each player.

I will be striving to help players whether they want to just play for fun or for those who want to play competitively.

It is vital that we offer a pathway for junior players from pre-school through to children in their final years of school. Our most committed juniors should feed into the coaching team, adult teams and represent the club externally at events throughout the country.

I want parents to be engaged, and all ideas and suggestions will be welcome.

I am excited to meet the members and friends of Drumchapel LTC in the coming weeks.

Chris
